Ticketing

The Mortgage Matchup Center Box Office will open at 3:00pm on each show day.

General Admission Policy

Fans with general admission tickets will have the opportunity to arrive early on their ticketed event day to secure their spot in line should they choose prior to doors opening. Early arrival is not required on either day. 

8:00am – 3:00pm

• Guests with GA tickets may come to the main plaza on the corner of 1st Street and Jefferson St. to receive a numbered wristband provided by venue staff. Once you’ve received your wristband, you will be asked to leave and come back.

3:00pm – 5:15pm

• GA fans with a numbered wristband can begin lining up in the NE parking lot (located on the SW corner of 3rd St. and Jefferson St.) based on their numbered wristband position. Prior to entering the NE parking lot, guests will have their tickets scanned, will receive a show floor wristband, and will go through the security screening process. Once guests have gone through this process and are in the lot, there is no re-entry. 

5:15pm

• The NE lot will shut down and guests who arrive after this time will be directed to other building entrances. They will go through the security screening and ticket scanning process at general doors and will get their show floor wristband from the concourse tables by sections 101 and 119. 

Note: Only venue provided wristbands will be honored.

NO CAMPING IS ALLOWED ON VENUE PROPERTY.

Transportation

Fans are encouraged to choose sustainable transportation options on event day. Your concert ticket to Mortgage Matchup Center includes a free roundtrip ride on the Valley Metro Rail on day of show.

To get to Mortgage Matchup Center, the best light rail stops are 3rd St. and Jefferson St. or 3rd St. and Washington St. Please be aware that in most circumstances, you will arrive at one of those stations and depart on the opposite station.

Merchandise

Early merchandise available. Fans who decide to purchase merchandise earlier in the day will be encouraged to leave and come back later for the show. Merchandise will also be available for purchase inside the venue for ticket holders when doors open at 6:00pm.

Sustainability

Water Bottles

• Reusable water bottles will be allowed in the building but must be empty upon entry, clear plastic or thin recyclable, and no larger than 32 oz. Water refilling locations will be available inside the venue at sections 107 and 217.

Reverb Eco-Action Village

• The Billie Eilish Reverb Eco-Village will be set up on the concourse at section 108. Fans can take part in the tour’s sustainability efforts, connect with nonprofits, and take meaningful action for people and the planet.
